Hi Tec Tools
This training is a method for an integral approach of dance techniques. It consists in breaking down basic elements of movement, dynamics and body architecture. Furthermore it proposes an integration of these elements in new relations in order to make the body function more harmoniously. It also serves for simplifying the understanding of information about the body. Ultimately, our actual knowledge about movement can be sensibly and effectively used at any time.
Hi Tec Tools include a floor barre with elements of acrobatics, a standing barre with spins, basic upside down, stability and speed exercises, jumps and phrases including jumps, acrobatics and basic partnering.
Contact Improvisation workshop "Dive into fly". The workshop is constructed from three stages: Physical listening and choice making, Patterns – letting go and all the fun in between and Contact Jam.
I offer to test how far we always perceive understating and choice making while we improvise from subjective perspective, because for me there is consequently no real letting go. I see this as a major CI tool for opening different possibilities and I offer place for exploring and testing it.
In this part takes place also exercises with performing task to test how much performing change choice making.
Is workshop of short classes of movement analysis which are focusing on 5 main aspects of dynamic alignment. Each class is focused on something else and can be taken separately from morning technique class or during the week. There are 5 classes called: “4 – 2 support” for legs and arms alignment and support of body, “Swing your hips” for dynamic placement of hips, “Independent head” for placement of head and vertical stability – concentration vs. expansion, “In, out and back and through” for loose but strong responding torso, “Free response” for recognition of choices and harmonious reaction.
